Negotiations progressing as expected…
Our WTPU negotiators had a training session last week with a local Federal Mediation Service agent and Spirit's Negotiation Team: Adam Pogue, Kelly Monk (pictured with me, above), Jan Steinert, Jerry Vaughn and Clark Sellens. The last team member, Charlie McKinny, was on assignment in Tulsa and had to beg off.
While it was more of an informal "getting to know you" get together for the teams, I think both of have a better understanding of appropriate communication processes going forward, which should make negotiations smoother. "Easier" remains to be seen…
