About those “short workweeks”...
I think your ability to collect unemployment insurance or maintain your “salaried” status as an Exempt employee is to be “ready, willing and able” to work, so when I’m asked to volunteer my hard-earned ETO to help save our Execs EIP bonuses this year, I think I’ll reply “I would prefer not to.”
