About damned time… 


The short version: Boeing has publicly admitted that it put the second 787 production line in South Carolina because its IAM employees in Washington state have chosen in the past to exercise their protected right to strike under the National Labor Relations Act. Unfortunately for Boeing, it's against the law to retaliate against employees for engaging in actions that are protected by Federal Law (i.e., the right to strike). The NLRB has, therefore, filed a complaint against Boeing, demanding that Boeing relocate the second 787 Production Line back to Washington, where it rightfully belongs.
