On this week's episode of Law and Order...
We won another Boeing appeal in our lawsuit last week, about whether or not we could keep a set of e-mail about the divestiture we received from Spirit. Sounds like the documents could be pretty damning and of great help to our case, but the best part of the judge’s ruling is the last line of his opinion, where he admonishes Boeing for their continued stalling with
“It is past time to move this matter to a conclusion on its merits and not dwell on a rabbit trail”
